PRICING POLICY

We will volunteer up front that we are not the cheapest out there, and we are not trying to be. We're trying to be the best, and sometimes that costs a bit more. However, we have found in working with numerous customers that our prices are competitive, and always very reasonable for the level of service we provide. As the old adage goes, you get what you pay for!

CEC, Inc. uses current industry standard man-hour rates, material costs, and equipment charges for service work. For construction projects, we use industry standard square-foot prices for preliminary estimates, with appropriate adjustments for unusual circumstances. We will provide take-off based contract offers on complete engineering drawings.

Construction and Trade Service work are difficult to price in advance, since every installation or repair is different. Contractors therefore must estimate costs based on experience with similar projects and the specifics of a given installation. For service work, our policy at CEC, Inc. is to provide an onsite inspection at no charge, upon which we can offer an estimate of the final price. Depending on the specifics of your project, we may offer a fixed price, an estimated range with a guaranteed ceiling, or some other arrangement as circumstances dictate. In all cases, we will make every effort to predict the final price as accurately as possible up front.
